GENERAL

We offer IPTV subscriptions, with each connection limited to one device. Using more than one device simultaneously may result in the cancellation of your subscription. Please note that freezing and non-functional material are common issues with IPTV systems worldwide. Channels and VOD in any package may be updated, changed, or removed without notice. We provide support to our IPTV Resellers for any panel issues. IPTV Subscription credentials are typically sent to the client's registered email within 1 business day after a clean payment. Clients are responsible for understanding how IPTV works. We perform regular server maintenance, though the timing is unpredictable.

SERVICE CANCELLATION

You do not need to inform us if you wish to cancel or put your subscription on hold. Your service will be terminated upon the expiration of your current subscription. There are no fees associated with canceling or putting your subscription on hold.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

ACE IPTV ensures that any TV subscription codes obtained from our website will be enabled for the agreed duration. If you encounter server issues or non-functional material, please contact us for assistance. Note that IFLEX IPTV does not sell IPTV boxes; clients must purchase their own. If you wish to change your plan (add more time or connections) within 7 days of purchase, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
